Auctionsieve items will not show in a new window when I click them.
Any idea what is wrong with my browser settings?

Is your browser launched at all?
Is the problem that it's loading the item in your current browser window instead of opening a new window or tab?
Try Tools->Options...->Browser tab->Force creation of new browser window

Alternatively, both IE and Firefox have settings to open things in new windows or tabs.

In IE, go to Tools->Internet Options...->Advanced tab
and uncheck "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts"

In Firefox, go to Tools->Options...->Advanced
and under Tabbed Browsing, select Open links ... in a new window (or tab)
