I have recently noticed, that AS will find items which do not show when entering the same query directly in eBay.

When clicking View in AS, I am redirected to a page on eBay telling me that, due to local laws, this item is not available to me.

Just out of curiosity, how does AS post the queries? There must be a difference in posting the queries.
