1. Updates due to ebay changes. Caught some more issues :
- results appearing in wrong columns
- category searches for foreign sites returning dodgy results for various timeframes, eg New
2. Added option to not display error messages when retrieving (it will just try to keep going)

The category pages changed a while ago for the US site but I had never gotten around to checking whether the foreign sites had transitioned. It appears they have so I've updated and consolidated all that code.
